Method 1 Unblock on TikTok
Or search for their profile and tap Unblock.

Go to Profile > ☰ > Settings and privacy > Privacy > Blocked accounts.

Tap Unblock next to the person.
Method 2 Unblock on Instagram
On a computer: More > Settings > Blocked accounts.

Go to Profile > ☰ and tap Blocked (under Who can see your content).

Tap Unblock next to their name and confirm.
Troubleshooting
I can’t find them in the list
They may have changed their username or deleted their account. Search by their new name, or they were restricted rather than blocked (Instagram: Settings > Restricted).

Can I block them again later?
Yes. On Instagram you may need to wait a short time before re-blocking.
Will they see I viewed their profile?
No, profile visits aren’t shown on TikTok unless profile view history is on for both, or on Instagram.
